Dave

Dave Johnson, Practice Manager

Dave oversees all aspects of the practice including human resources, training, scheduling, marketing, strategic planning, and practice management systems. In addition, he earned a bachelors degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University. He enjoys working with a team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the life of children. Married to his wife, Kristen, who is a pediatrician, the two have four children, Morgan, who is 18 years old and triplets, Evan, Claire, and Grant, who are 8 years old. Dave’s hobbies include listening to music, attending sporting events, skiiing, working in the yard, playing games with family, and attending all of his kids activities.
Gina

Gina Frerichs, Business Manager

Gina is responsible for all aspects of managing the business team and is our Insurance Coordinator. She enjoys overseeing practice growth, patient satisfaction, team satisfaction, practice promotion, and team growth. Gina also has received a Bachelor of Arts degree in bio-psychology from Hastings College. She enjoys working with everyone on the team and is dedicated to providing a positive environment for the team, patients, and their families. Gina enjoys spending her personal time with her husband and children, and taking weekend trips to the lake.
