Meet the Coordinators

Barbara

Barbara Smith, Surgery Coordinator

Barbara coordinates with Dr. Meeske and Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital and Hasting Surgery Center to ensure convenient surgery appointments for children and their families. She earned a bachelors degree from Mount Marty College. Barbara also assists with answering the phone and working with insurance companies. She enjoys working with children while in a fun and friendly environment. Outside of the dental world, Barbara enjoys spending time with friends and family members, running, and biking. Her husband’s name is Evan and they have a daughter named Brynn.
Mitzi

Mitzi Stroyek, Scheduling Coordinator

Mitzi takes pride in assisting parents with scheduling convenient appointments in a timely matter. In addition, she answers phones, greets patients, refers new families to the practice, and assists the entire dental team as needed. Mitzi has a passion for working with children and helping others. Mitzi’s hobbies include spending time with her family and friends (especially her grandchildren), gardening, being outdoors, and traveling.

Tenille

Tenille Rader, Surgery Coordinator

Tenille is surgery coordinator for Dr. Lockwood and works with Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital and Hastings Surgery Center. She is dedicated to scheduling convenient appointments for patients and their families. She is also our Billing Coordinator. While ensuring seamless communication between patients and the dental team, Tenille continues to possess a friendly, compassionate attitude and truly enjoys working with children. Outside of the dental world, Tenille enjoys spending time with her family and friends (especially her son), running, and shopping.
Heidi

Heidi Davis, New Patient Scheduling Coordinator

Heidi is committed to making sure each new child and their parents have a positive first dental experience. She ensures patients receive a smooth transition into the practice and become a valued member of our dental family. She enjoys working with children and creating an environment that is fun and informative. Heidi is married, and has a two year old son. She enjoys spending her personal time with family and friends and traveling.
